i just came home from a local food-activist gathering, and these fine folks gave a presentation of their business/services.  it made me miss the farm, a lot.  i'm inspired to start a new one, but 1, they have seasons here, and 2, i don't have a permanent home.  *sigh*  i miss the farm, a lot.

so according to josh, what was left over of the farm (i spent an afternoon salvaging what i could before i left... it actually cleaned up somewhat OK, minus all the dead ones) was picked up by an "elderly hippie-ish couple" from craigslist.

for what it is, this end to the saga makes me about as happy as it could have.
